Job Title: HR Executive

📍 Location: Delhi
🧑‍💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
💰 Salary (Gross): ₹45,000/- per month


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role is integral to maintaining a productive and legally compliant work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction, and driving HR operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and final selection.

  • Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies.

  • Oversee seamless onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records both digitally (HRMS) and in physical files.

  • Manage entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

  • Issue employment letters, confirmation letters, relieving and experience certificates, etc.

Performance Management

  • Support implementation of performance appraisal processes.

  • Coordinate feedback sessions and performance review tracking.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws and HR statutory compliances including:

    • Provident Fund (EPF)

    • Employee State Insurance (ESI)

    • Gratuity

    • Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.

  • Assist with labor audits and maintain statutory registers and reports.

Expense Verification

  • Review and validate staff travel, conveyance, and daily allowance claims as per company policy.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.

  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance practices.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially:

    • Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)

    • Word (Mail Merge, Formatting Documents)

  • Experience with HRMS software and employee management systems.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
