Job Title: Installation & Commissioning Engineer / Manager

Work Mode: In-Office
Location: Delhi Gate, New Delhi
Experience Required: 3 – 8 years (Installation & Commissioning in DG Sets/Generators)
Annual CTC Offered: ₹1.5 – 4.75 LPA (Approx. ₹40,000/month depending on experience)


About the Company

We are hiring on behalf of Engineers & Engineers, a reputed organization in the Engineering & Construction industry, specializing in generator manufacturing and related solutions.


Key Skills Required

  • Installation, configuring, and assembling of generators / gensets / DG sets

  • Hands-on expertise with diesel generators and engine systems

  • Knowledge of HT/LT panels, wiring, foundation & structure planning

  • Team handling and vendor/client coordination

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation and commissioning of DG sets and generators across Pan India projects.

  • Plan, supervise, and execute foundation work, structural alignment, cabling, and electrical panel installations.

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installation.

  • Handle project documentation, reporting, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Manage and mentor junior engineers/technicians during on-site installation activities.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in installation and commissioning of DG sets / generators.

  • Strong knowledge of diesel engine-based systems and electrical panels.

  • Ability to manage teams and handle client/vendor relationships effectively.

  • Willingness to travel for Pan India installation projects.
