    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Freelance Business Development Specialist to join our Recruitment Consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue through contract closures. This is a remote, part-time opportunity suitable for professionals who excel in networking and client engagement.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Industry Research & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients from various industries to secure recruitment contracts.

    • Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-up with clients for new position requirements and ensure timely resolution of queries.

    • Invoice & Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely invoicing and coordinate for payment collection after candidate placement and completion of the replacement period.

    • Coordination with Delivery Team: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are well-understood and delivered effectively.

    • Reporting: Maintain and share periodic updates on business development activities and performance metrics.


    Compensation Structure

    • Commission: 20% of Net Profit (after TDS deduction)

    • Example Calculation:

      • Annual CTC of Candidate: ₹5,00,000

      • Billing Rate (8.33%): ₹41,650

      • TDS (10%): ₹4,165

      • Net Profit: ₹37,485

      • Your Commission (20%): ₹7,497

    Commission is paid post successful completion of the replacement period, as per client terms.

    • Experience in B2B business development (preferably in recruitment or consulting)

    • Self-motivated and target-driven

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

    Key Responsibilities

    Desired Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or related fields; MBA preferred.

    • Proven track record in note-taking, task follow-up, and executive support.

    • Educational Qualification:

      • CA/ICWA with 5–6 years of experience, OR

      • CA (Inter) / B.Com / M.Com with 14–15 years of experience.

    • Technical Expertise:

      • Strong background in plant accounts and inventory management.

      • Deep understanding of GST and TDS regulations.

      • Must have experience in a manufacturing setup with a turnover of ₹300–500 Cr.

      • SAP proficiency is mandatory, along with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Manage complete plant accounting and commercial operations, including bill processing.

    • Handle Finished Goods (FG) processes — storage, perpetual stock verification, and accounting.

    • Oversee scrap disposal: manage vendor quotations, approvals, and execution.

    • Supervise all aspects of dispatch, billing, loading/unloading, and logistics coordination from the plant.

    • Liaise with HR and Production departments to ensure compliance with factory laws and related regulations.

    • Lead internal, statutory, and bank audits effectively and coordinate with auditors for timely completion.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role is integral to maintaining a productive and legally compliant work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction, and driving HR operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and final selection.

  • Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies.

  • Oversee seamless onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records both digitally (HRMS) and in physical files.

  • Manage entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

Performance Management

  • Support implementation of performance appraisal processes.

  • Coordinate feedback sessions and performance review tracking.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws and HR statutory compliances including:

    • Provident Fund (EPF)

    • Employee State Insurance (ESI)

    • Gratuity

    • Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.

  • Assist with labor audits and maintain statutory registers and reports.

Expense Verification

  • Review and validate staff travel, conveyance, and daily allowance claims as per company policy.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.

  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance practices.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially:

    • Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)

    • Word (Mail Merge, Formatting Documents)

  • Experience with HRMS software and employee management systems.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
