Location: Jaipur
Industry Type: Power
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Qualification: MBA in HR (Only)
CTC: INR: 9 LPA
Level: Second line of HOD


Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day HR activities, ensuring seamless functioning of HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases for accuracy and security.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and issues in a timely and effective manner.

2. Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring transparency and consistency.
  • Design, implement, and monitor KPIs for employees across various functions.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees to ensure effective performance evaluations.
  • Provide strategic insights based on appraisal results to drive productivity and organizational growth.
  • Facilitate career planning and individual development plans for high-potential employees.

3. Hire-to-Retire HR Processes (Excluding L&D and Payroll):

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
    • Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions aligned with organizational goals.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including induction programs and role-specific training.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
    • Monitor attrition rates and implement retention strategies for critical talent.
    • Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Succession Planning & Talent Management:
    • Identify and develop internal talent pipelines for critical roles.
    • Work with leadership to map skills and competencies, ensuring the organization is future-ready.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze HR metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR dashboards and reports.
  • Employee Separation:
    • Oversee exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and provide insights for improvement.
    • Manage full and final settlements with accuracy and timeliness.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with strong prior experience in the power industry or related sectors will have an advantage.
  • Early joiners preferred for immediate integration into the organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work as a strategic partner with leadership while maintaining operational efficiency.
