    Compensation: 20% of Net Invoice Value (post successful candidate replacement period)


    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Freelance Business Development Specialist to join our Recruitment Consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue through contract closures. This is a remote, part-time opportunity suitable for professionals who excel in networking and client engagement.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Industry Research & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients from various industries to secure recruitment contracts.

    • Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-up with clients for new position requirements and ensure timely resolution of queries.

    • Invoice & Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely invoicing and coordinate for payment collection after candidate placement and completion of the replacement period.

    • Coordination with Delivery Team: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are well-understood and delivered effectively.

    • Reporting: Maintain and share periodic updates on business development activities and performance metrics.


    Compensation Structure

    • Commission: 20% of Net Profit (after TDS deduction)

    • Example Calculation:

      • Annual CTC of Candidate: ₹5,00,000

      • Billing Rate (8.33%): ₹41,650

      • TDS (10%): ₹4,165

      • Net Profit: ₹37,485

      • Your Commission (20%): ₹7,497

    Commission is paid post successful completion of the replacement period, as per client terms.


    Ideal Profile

    • Strong networking and communication skills

    • Experience in B2B business development (preferably in recruitment or consulting)

    • Self-motivated and target-driven

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
