Job Title: Organization Change Management Specialist (FTC) Department: People Advisory Services (PAS) WKFA Location: Remote Hiring Location- Gurgaon Industry Type- Financial Management

Ready to join within the next 15 days.

Monthly Salary- 1 to 1.50 Lac/ Month

*Max 30% to 40% hike on current CTC but subject to max 1.50 Lac/ Month can be considered (As applicable)

Shortlisted candidates must has to work on pro bono project for 2 weeks.

This involves ensuring that the right individuals, with the right skills, are in the right positions, contributing to the organization's success. Responsibilities:

• Organization and Workforce Transformation: Implement an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Utilize capabilities such as workforce planning & analytics, talent strategy, and leverage Organization & Talent Hub.

Change Experience & Learning:

Define the new Workforce Experience, incorporating concepts like New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration).

Project management will include specialist skills (Digital transformation ), Domain/Functional transformation Experience of R&D, Procurement, Finance & HR

►Drive accelerated adoption through digitally enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights on below topics:

• Change Strategy Designing, Planning & Delivery
• Change Adoption Survey.
• Change Readiness Assessment.
• Experience in Organization Change Management
• Change impact analysis
• Stakeholder mapping.
• Stakeholder engagement and analysis.
• Business readiness survey creation and implementation,

• Advisory on business role mapping.

• Collaboration:

1. We're also Looking For:

• Deep understanding of Change Management key concepts Change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder engagement and analysis, business readiness survey creation and implementation, communication strategy implementation, adoption survey, post go-live support and hyper-care, change network identification and activation.

• Experience in delivering large scale transformation projects and leading change management strategy and implementation (for global clients)

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• Typically, 8-15 years of Change Management (CM) experience. HR consulting and/or Center of Excellence (COE) experience is a plus. PROSCI/APMG certification is desirable.

Qualifications and Skills: Masters Degree Change Management:

• Deep understanding of Change Management key concepts, including change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder engagement and analysis, business readiness survey creation and implementation, communication strategy implementation, adoption survey, post go-live support, and hyper-care, change network identification, and activation.

Project Leadership:

• Experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead change management strategy and implementation for global clients.

Industry Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, or related fields, unlocking the potential for transformative success.
