We're also Looking For:
- Deep understanding of Change Management key concepts Change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder engagement and analysis, business readiness survey creation and implementation, communication strategy implementation, adoption survey, post go-live support and hyper-care, change network identification and activation.
- Experience in delivering large scale transformation projects and leading change management strategy and implementation (for global clients)
Experience:
- Typically, 8-15 years of Change Management (CM) experience. HR consulting and/or Center of Excellence (COE) experience is a plus. PROSCI/APMG certification is desirable.
- Deep understanding of Change Management key concepts, including change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder engagement and analysis, business readiness survey creation and implementation, communication strategy implementation, adoption survey, post go-live support, and hyper-care, change network identification, and activation.
- Experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Proven ability to lead change management strategy and implementation for global clients.
- Deep understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, or related fields, unlocking the potential for transformative success.
