Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior PHP Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing scalable web applications using PHP and related technologies. The candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality code and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Lead technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Gather and address technical and design requirements.
4. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
6. Implement security and data protection measures.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
9. Liaise with system users, designers, and product owners to identify new features and change requests.
10. Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
2. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
3. Knowledge and Practical experience of application design using the MVC architecture.
4. Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
5. Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
6. Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
7. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds.
10. Testing functionality for users and the back end.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
12. Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
13. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
14. Strong Analytical, Logical, Problem-Solving Skills.
15. Self-starter with strong self-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online presence (e.g., GitHub profile, technical blog).
• Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
