Job Title: Relationship Manager - Insurance

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 6 - 10 Years
CTC: 4 - 7.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Understand customer needs and develop strategic plans to address them effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
  2. Client Engagement:

    • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate and nurture profitable relationships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
  3. Issue Resolution:

    • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and provide timely solutions.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Provide training and guidance to telecalls or team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
    • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to improve team effectiveness.
  5. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities within existing clients and seek out potential new clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations that align with client needs.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts and business development activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Insurance Experience: Must have experience in Motor, Health, and General Insurance sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Education: Graduation must be completed through a regular course.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to customer issues.
