Position: Specialist Family Office/ Corporate Finance/Investment Banking
Reports to: CFO/Director

2. JOB PURPOSE:
➢This Position provides a range of financial services to the management from companies,
institutions and governments with the aim of helping them to achieve their financial goals
and implement long and short-term financial plans.
3. JOB ROLE:
➢To manage strategic and financial opportunities, including:
➢Acquisitions, Bonds and shares, Initial public offerings (IPO), Lending, Mergers, Privatizations
➢You may also advise and lead management buyouts, raise capital, provide strategic advice
and identify and secure new deals.
➢Involves working with lenders such as financial institutions, agencies and public and private
companies in order to design and restructure debt obligations.
➢Involves advising on how much capital to raise, from where and when, through research and
analysis of products and markets Capital Raising Private Placement of Capital Mergers,
Acquisitions & Divestitures Debt & Equity Advisory Services Bond Issuance & Pricing on Bond
Markets Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund, & Pension Fund Advisory Services Family Office::
4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Accounts & finance, legal etc.
External: financial advisers & institution, banks & lenders etc.
5. QUALIFICATIONS, AGE, & SKILLS:
➢ Experience must be in Fund Raising in private Equity and venture capital.
➢ proven strong numerical and analytical skills
➢ excellent team work and team leadership skills
➢ communication and interpersonal skills
➢ project and time management ability
➢ dedication, ambition, energy and commitment
➢ self-confidence and the ability to make difficult decisions
➢ problem-solving skills and adaptability

➢ Handling all investment documentation and tracking investment data/performance.
➢ Should be proficient in MS Office, Power Point, Excel etc.
