Job Title: SAP Operator

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Unnamed Road, Semra Saiyad, 462038)
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
CTC: ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. SAP S&D Module Operations:

   • Manage and execute tasks within the SAP Sales & Distribution (S&D) module, ensuring accurate data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
   • Update and maintain records related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, and customer returns within SAP.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SAP S&D module to ensure smooth operations.

2. Logistics Warehouse Management:

   • Oversee and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company standards.
   • Work closely with the ground team to manage the movement and storage of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
   • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

3. Team Coordination and Leadership:

   • Provide guidance and support to the ground team, ensuring they adhere to operational procedures and safety protocols.
   • Collaborate with team members to resolve any logistical issues, ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse.
   • Train and mentor new team members on SAP processes and warehouse procedures.

4. Data Management and Reporting:

   • Utilize MS Excel (V Look Up, Pivot Table) to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
   • Maintain and update various reports related to stock, orders, and deliveries, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
   • Conduct regular audits of data within SAP and Excel to ensure consistency and accuracy across all records.

5. Communication and Documentation:

   • Maintain clear and effective communication with the ground team, management, and external stakeholders to ensure all operations are aligned with business objectives.
   • Document all processes, procedures, and issues related to warehouse operations and SAP usage, ensuring they are accessible and understandable for all team members.
   • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

6. Typing and Data Entry:

   • Ensure all data entry tasks related to SAP and warehouse operations are completed with high accuracy and within specified timelines.
   • Utilize good typing speed to handle large volumes of data entry tasks efficiently, minimizing errors and delays.

Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (S&D Module) and MS Excel (V Look Up, Pivot Table).
• Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills for effective coordination.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a ground team in a logistics warehouse environment.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Typing Speed: Adequate typing speed to handle data entry tasks efficiently.
