SKILLS REQUIRED:
● Office Management & Secretarial Practice course is a Must.
● Diploma In HR / Should be aware of Role as an HR / Talent Acquisition knowledge.
● Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant.
● Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to humbly & effectively communicate within Internal Teams & External Corporates for regular & consistent interaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
●
With a primary responsibility of
supporting the DIRECTOR, provide support to the executive team as directed to
ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run
efficiently.
●
Devising systems to manage
communication between director, upper management and other team members,
liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
with regular follow up.
●
Liaising with global supplier base
through E-mail communication & daily correspondence on behalf of the
Director, maintaining notes of communication for future correspondence &
references.
●
To organize director’s daily
Schedules, appointments & Meetings.
●
To Plan director’s upcoming
travel, visas, accommodation, meetings etc. as and when required.
●
Assist Director in every official
situation and stream line things for smooth functioning of the company.
●
To organize future plans of
Director with all background research to be done.
●
Organize & compile various
databases for Director for daily review. To be detailed during interview.
●
Assist colleagues prepare official
documents for govt. offices / departments / banks / corporate customers as per
Director’s guidance.
●
To become Primary point of contact
for internal and external communication with the Director on all official
matters.
●
Taking charge of tasks with
loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility towards completion of
the tasks.
●
Organize and lead teams at both -
Office & Plant. Provide leadership and assistance for teams to deliver
their best within a given timeframe. Participate and lead aspects of personal
& Humanitarian development.
●
Good understanding of IT, record
& data management, office management & secretarial responsibilities,
official communications. Scheduling virtual meetings Etc.
●
Expertise in Google Drive /
operations to be done on Google Sheets / GMAIL APP Settings. Candidates should
be trained and knowledgeable about how to effectively use and delegate Google
Sheets / Google Alerts / Google Meet / Google Calendar features to make optimum
use of Google in day to day work.
●
SHOULD BE HIGHLY PROFICIENT IN
ADVANCED MS Excel (V Look up, Pivot tables for Data Analyzation, etc.) / GOOGLE
SHEETS , PPT, Word, Outlook, Web / Internet, to assist director with day-to-day
MIS reports, organizing and data compilation & analytical reports to the
director.

Excellent command over Verbal
& Highly proficient in written English Communication for overseas
communication.
●
Understanding and streamlining
workflow thus creating a team-work environment to enhance profitability
innovatively for the business house.
