Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the General Manager - Sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Paper Industry, with 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Sales roles.

"We are seeking a candidate with a strong background and experience in the paper industry, specifically in the sales of paper pipe and kraft paper. The ideal candidate should have:

1. Proven experience in sales roles within the paper industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of paper pipe and kraft paper products.
3. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and grow sales in a similar capacity.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Familiarity with market trends and competition in the paper industry.
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
7. Results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

2. Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

4. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to business operations.

• Proven experience in a senior Sales role within the Paper Industry.
• Relevant qualifications related to the job profile.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Upham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, and settle with family.
• The age limit for the role is below 50 years.
