Job Title: Manager HR & Administrations
Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliances: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources and administration.
Contract Labour Management: Oversee the management and compliance of contractual labor arrangements within the organization.
Policy Formulation: Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Training & Development: Facilitate employee skill development and training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
Organization Development: Contribute to organizational growth and effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives and development programs.
Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities: Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and employee welfare programs.
Requirements:
Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in HR and administration roles.
CTC Offered: 10 to 12 LPA.
Preferred: Married candidates will be given preference.
Location: The selected candidate will be required to relocate to Udham Singh Nagar.
