Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our company's sales operations and drive future growth targets.
• The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of sales theories and practices, typically taught in an MBA sales curriculum.
• Your theoretical knowledge and its practical applications will be thoroughly assessed.
• Your primary responsibility will be to formulate and execute sales strategies to ensure the achievement of our annual growth objectives and enhance the wallet share of our existing customer base consistently.

Education/Skills Required:

1. Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or
2. Master of Commerce (M.Com), or
3. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution (not a distance learning degree)
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English
5. Exceptional presentation skills using MS Office and other relevant applications
6. Strong yet approachable personality
7. Excellent listening skills, surpassing speaking abilities
8. Previous experience in a manufacturing industry and GEM setup, similar to our business model (Retail sales experience not preferred)
9. Effective problem-solving abilities and follow-up skills
10. Proficiency in mathematics and numerical analysis
11. Competent in public speaking to represent the company on national and international platforms
