Job Purpose:
Responsible for imparting various behavior, functional, Managerial and Leadership trainings for the workforce at Indus Towers and for supporting training objectives and skill enrichment initiatives in order to raise the competencies and skill level of the employees. Identify training needs, develop training content and ensure effective implementation in conjunction with various external partners.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Drive training need identification process across the organization.
- Analyze identified training needs.
- Prepare training delivery plan basis the identified training needs.
- Track and review training completion status as against the identified training needs.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) including user administration, course management, and attendance management.
- Content management including build/buy decision for new content, content review, and version controlling.
- Training partner identification & onboarding including defining SOW, partner onboarding, and partner payments management.
- L&D programs management including creating program outline, arranging approvals, organizing resources, and successful execution.
- PO request and invoice certification including certification of invoices, tracking issued PO vs. utilized, and resolving disputes related to payment & invoicing.
- Induction & onboarding including creating frameworks for different induction & orientation programs, organizing induction programs, and new joiner feedback.
- Reporting & Governance including ensuring timely reporting of L&D metrics, preparing L&D review decks, and managing company-wide communication for L&D related campaigns.
Key Decisions:
- Certification of invoices submitted by the Vendor Partner.
- Tracking issued PO vs. utilized and initiating new PO as required.
- Where no approval is required but need to keep the manager informed, and who can approve in case not authorized.
Dimensions:
- Other: Responsible for company-wide learning & development initiatives.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: MBA in HR with project management experience.
- Knowledge: Training & Development, Learning Management System (LMS) functionalities, Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Skills/Competencies: Training and facilitation, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Data management.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in L&D domain.
- Interactions:
- Internal: Circle HR Heads, Circle Admin Heads, SCM team, Leaders, Employees, L&D team members, Admin team.
- External: Training Partner, Content Partner, LMS Partner.
