Job Title: HR Process Analyst (FTC)- Remote Department: Human Resources Location: Remote Hiring Location- Gurgaon
Tenure: 9-12 months
Experience: 8-10+ years

Monthly Salary- 1 to 1.17 Lac/ Month (Based on Current CTC)
Note: Candidate will be on People Services Payroll on Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze, design, and optimize HR processes and systems.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies in existing HR processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Understand and assess technical requirements related to HR processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate technical complexities into clear and concise business process language for effective communication across teams.
- Lead technical feasibility studies and recommend alternate tools or solutions to enhance HR processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in HR, particularly in the areas of recruitment tools and cognitive technologies.
- Implement and customize recruitment tools as needed, leveraging implementation knowledge to optimize functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for HR team members on new tools and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR process analysis or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and strategically.
- Techno-functional expertise with a solid understanding of both technology and recruitment functions.
- Familiarity with cognitive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting technical feasibility studies and recommending solutions.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools implementation and customization (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
