2. JOB PURPOSE:
As an Executive/Sr. Executive Sales, your primary responsibility is to meticulously analyze sales potential, understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and drive further sales of TMT bars in Mali, West Africa.
4. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Opportunity Analysis:
- Utilize market research and data analysis techniques to identify and evaluate opportunities to secure new businesses from the existing customer base.
- Develop strategies to optimize profit margins and increase revenues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Strategy Development:
- Design and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth in the assigned sales market, keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Sales Process Administration:
- Take charge of the entire sales process, from identifying target customers to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
- Proactively push sales and follow up with potential clients to ensure timely completion of sales transactions.
Sales Engagement Management:
- Lead sales engagements to develop tailored strategies that effectively acquire more business deals and expand market presence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product specifications and customer requirements.
Communication:
- Drive internal and external communications related to sales activities, ensuring clear and effective communication channels are established and maintained.
- Conduct meetings with clients to articulate the company's profile, product offerings, and value propositions, fostering strong client relationships.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze the market landscape, including present and future scenarios, to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Present comprehensive reports outlining market analysis findings and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making processes.
Task Variety:
- Perform a wide range of tasks within the sales function, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in addressing evolving business needs and challenges.
6. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Logistics, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Finance & Accounts to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales activities with organizational objectives.
External:
- Engage with external stakeholders such as Data Consultants, Customers, Buyers, and Competitor Mapping Agencies to gather insights, establish partnerships, and foster mutually beneficial relationships in the market.
This role demands a dynamic individual with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the West African market. Candidates should exhibit resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Salary offered for this position ranges from 11 to 14 LPA, and candidates aged between 27 and 45 years are preferred.
