Position Purpose
To ensure company adherence to legal standards concerning statutory compliance (labour laws) and internal policies, overseeing compliance at all business levels and providing guidance towards achieving 100% compliance.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Check and ensure contractors adhere to statutory obligations, conducting audits for improved compliance.
- Proficient in various labour laws, team management, contract, and business partner management.
- Proactively address employee concerns, handle statutory committees and grievances.
- Enhance welfare amenities and promote awareness of labour laws among employees.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance.
- Maintain relationships with statutory bodies and local communities for effective compliance.
- Handle Time Office and Attendance Management systems for all locations.
- Preserve company integrity through lawful and ethical practices.
- Timely submission of statutory documents and maintenance of registers.
- Expertise in handling industrial disputes, PF, ESI, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in communication tools and liaison skills.
