Job Title: Team Member – EHS
Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Salary Budget: ₹10.00 Lac - ₹12.00 Lac
Total Experience: 8 - 10 years
Relevant Experience: 5 - 6 years
Educational Qualifications:

• BE / B Tech or Masters in Environmental Sciences
• Postgraduate qualification in Safety, Hygiene & Environment is desirable
• Mandatory Certification: Diploma in Industrial Safety

Responsibilities:

1. EHS Program Implementation:

   • Implement and manage Safety, Health, and Environment (EHS) programs in the plant.
   • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

   • Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments.
   • Develop and implement corrective and preventive measures.

3. EHS Management Systems:

   • Maintain and improve EHS management systems based on ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ILO standards.
   • Conduct internal and external EHS audits.

4. Incident Management:

   • Investigate and analyze accidents and incidents.
   • Record, report, and develop corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

5. Loss Prevention:

   • Aim for zero accidents and occupational diseases.
   • Minimize environmental impacts through proactive measures.

6. EHS Improvement Projects:

   • Identify, conceptualize, and implement EHS improvement projects.
   • Lead initiatives to enhance EHS standards within the plant.

7. Performance Monitoring:

   • Monitor and measure EHS performance indicators.
   • Develop training modules and conduct EHS training for plant personnel.

8. Work Permit System:

   • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of work permit systems for various activities.

9. Contractor Management:

   • Manage EHS compliance for contractors on-site.
   • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

10. Project Compliance:

    • Ensure EHS compliance for new projects, processes, or changes.
    • Oversee statutory compliance with Factory Inspectorate and Pollution Control Board regulations.

11. Emergency Response:

    • Develop and execute emergency response plans and conduct mock drills.
    • Ensure preparedness for any EHS emergencies.

12. Continuous Improvement:

    • Drive continual improvement towards EHS excellence.
    • Foster an improved EHS culture within the organization.

Ideal Candidate:

• Should not be sourced from the glass industry.
• Candidates from large automotive plants are preferred.

Notice Period: 30 days
