    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
    • Guide in designing and delivering effective training programs.
    • Conduct regular assessments to identify skills/competency gaps and training needs across the organization.
    • Collaborate with various departments to understand specific skill requirements and development opportunities.
    • Stay abreast of learning technologies and integrate them into training programs.
    • Explore innovative solutions for efficient and effective learning delivery.
    • Support organizational change by facilitating learning opportunities related to new processes or technologies.
    • Adhere to Planned vs Actual training man-days for both Executives and Non-Executives.
    • Regularly review and update learning strategies based on feedback and industry trends.
    • Provide insights to senior leadership on the impact of training on organizational performance.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Holds an MBA in HR.
    • Has 12 to 15 years of experience in Learning and Development.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective L&D strategies.
    • Strong understanding of learning technologies and innovative training solutions.
    • Excellent collaboration skills to work with various departments.
    • Ability to support organizational change through effective learning programs.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure training impact.
    • Effective communication skills to provide insights to senior leadership.
