• Job Title: Manager/Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales

  Location: New Delhi

  Salary Range:

  • Manager: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000
  • AGM: ₹45,000 - ₹55,000
  • GM: ₹75,000 - ₹80,000

  Qualification: Graduate or relevant qualification

  Experience: 5 - 15 years (Candidates with experience in the paint industry will be preferred)

  Position Type: Full-time

  Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Sales Personnel in a designated territory to achieve the allotted Sales Target for the financial year.
  • Sales Creation and Execution: Create sales opportunities, secure orders, and oversee the execution of orders. Provide after-sales service directly or through Distributors/Dealers network.
  • Marketing and Technical Support: Provide marketing and technical product support to direct users and customers to promote the Company’s product range.
  • Team Motivation and Reporting: Keep the sales team motivated and monitor their daily reporting in CRM. Submit monthly summary reports to the management as per due dates.
  • Payment and Outstanding Control: Expedite payments of bills and maintain control over pending outstandings.
  • Special Assignments: Attend to additional work as may be specially assigned.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel across India as required, with expenses covered as per the Company’s Outstation Travelling Guidelines.

  Ideal Candidate:

  • A Graduate or someone with a relevant qualification.
  • Possesses 5-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a sales team.
  • Has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Is willing and able to travel extensively across India.
