Position Overview:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting job advertisements to negotiating offers. You will utilize your skills in full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent that aligns with our company’s growth objectives. Your role includes enhancing our employer brand, managing hiring processes, and ensuring the recruitment metrics are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Planning: Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop hiring plans.
- Hiring Goals: Set and track recruitment goals (e.g., quarterly and annual).
- KPI Tracking: Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill.
- Candidate Management: Manage all communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Sourcing: Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.
- Interviews: Conduct interviews at various stages of the hiring process.
- Offer Negotiation: Handle CTC mapping, benchmarking, negotiate offers, and process them accordingly.
- Onboarding: Support onboarding and other related functions as needed.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Total Experience: 5 - 8 years
- Relevant Experience: 5 - 8 years in non-IT recruitment
- Educational Background: FMCG/Manpower Service Providers/Manufacturing/E-commerce/Retail
