Job Title: Consultant – SuccessFactors & Qualtrics Integration

Company: Global MNC
Location: Remote
Contract Period: 2 Months
Monthly CTC: ₹1 - ₹1.5 Lacs (based on current CTC)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors and Qualtrics integration. The role involves implementing and integrating SuccessFactors with Qualtrics to enhance HR functions and improve employee engagement systems. This consultant will ensure a seamless data flow between systems, fostering a data-driven approach to HR analytics and employee experience management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Execution:

    • Lead the end-to-end integration of SuccessFactors with Qualtrics, ensuring all components are compatible and functional.
    • Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, maintaining alignment with HR and IT goals.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, addressing any project deviations and mitigating risks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with HR and IT teams to develop project plans, track progress, and resolve integration challenges.
    • Act as the main point of contact for all integration queries, updates, and escalations between HR and IT departments.
    • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions with HR stakeholders to align integration with business needs and objectives.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

    • Provide expert technical support throughout the integration process, ensuring minimal downtime and addressing any system issues promptly.
    • Offer troubleshooting assistance for data discrepancies, connectivity issues, and integration bugs.
    • Support HR teams post-implementation with tailored training sessions and troubleshooting guides.
  • Data Management & Governance:

    • Develop and implement best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security within both SuccessFactors and Qualtrics.
    • Design, test, and validate custom reports in Qualtrics, ensuring they meet organizational needs and align with HR data standards.
    • Conduct regular audits of the integrated systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
  • Documentation & Training:

    • Prepare detailed documentation on integration processes, custom configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
    • Conduct training sessions for HR users on system functionalities, custom reports, and data management best practices.
    • Create easy-to-follow user guides and FAQs to enhance HR teams' proficiency with integrated systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in integrating SuccessFactors with Qualtrics or similar HR and employee engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS, HCM, and employee engagement systems.
  • Proficiency in project management with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and generate custom reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
