PURPOSE & IMPACT ON ORGANIZATION:

• Contribute to achieving store sales and profit targets by:

  • Inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand.

  • Providing excellent customer service and sales support.

  • Executing store operations efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand store sales and KPI targets, take ownership, and leverage store resources to meet or exceed them.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to brand standards.

• Act as a Brand Ambassador by consistently exhibiting brand values and attitude.

• Utilize product knowledge effectively to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

• Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs.

• Follow all established policies and procedures.

• Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.

• Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish stock as needed.

• Handle cash register transactions quickly and accurately.

• Minimize loss and maintain store security in both stockroom and sales floor.

• Ensure safe, effective, and efficient store operations.

• Work collaboratively with team members to drive store success.

• Complete assigned training programs and apply learning effectively.

• Seek continuous improvement through coaching and learning opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE, CAPABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong customer service skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for the brand.

• Basic understanding of retail operations and store performance metrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma (mandatory).

• Preferably 6 months of experience in a customer-facing retail role (sports/fashion industry preferred).

• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
