• Inorbit Mall: INR 40,000 + Incentives per month

• Himayath Nagar: INR 35,000 + Incentives per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in the sports/fashion industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales acumen, and the ability to drive business performance while ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires managing store operations, team leadership, inventory control, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations & Sales Management:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless functioning of the store.

• Achieve store sales targets and drive revenue growth.

• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability.

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand guidelines.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Development:

• Lead, motivate, and train store staff to enhance productivity and customer service.

• Assign roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth store operations.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.

• Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and adherence to store policies.

3. Customer Service & Experience:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance store footfall.

4. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Maintain optimal stock levels and oversee inventory control.

• Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of products.

• Minimize stock discrepancies and shrinkage through effective loss prevention strategies.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, inventory, and customer feedback.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
