Job Title: Manager Sales

Experience: 5 - 10 years
CTC: ₹5 - 5.5 LPA
Location: New Delhi

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned sales targets for the financial year.
• Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, securing orders, and executing them efficiently.
• Channel Management: Manage and expand relationships with Distributors and Dealers to enhance market reach.
• Customer Engagement: Provide marketing and technical product support to direct users and customers to promote the company's product range.
• Team Management: Motivate, guide, and monitor the sales team, ensuring effective reporting and performance tracking via CRM.
• Reporting & Analysis: Submit prescribed monthly sales reports and performance summaries to the management as per defined timelines.
• Payment & Collections: Ensure timely payment collection, monitor outstanding dues, and take proactive measures to expedite settlements.
• Travel & Market Coverage: Travel across India for business development, customer interactions, and market expansion, adhering to the company's travel guidelines.
• Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as assigned by management in alignment with business objectives.
