Job Description: PMS Assistant

Position Title: PMS Assistant
Reports to: HR Manager
Job Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Department: Human Resources. 
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 for experienced candidates in PMS profile.
[For freshers, ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)]


2. JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMS Assistant to support the development, implementation, and management of the Performance Management System (PMS). The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of PMS frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams to drive performance improvements. This role requires excellent communication, data analysis capabilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.


3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of the Performance Management System (PMS).

  • Support in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.

  • Coordinate and facilitate performance review and appraisal processes.

  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to support decision-making.

  • Assist in training employees and managers on PMS processes and guidelines.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address performance gaps.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in performance management.

  • Support change management initiatives to enhance the performance culture.

  • Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to present insights effectively.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMS frameworks and methodologies.


4. JOB SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Experience: Experience in a manufacturing/trading environment is an advantage.

  • Certifications: Certification in PMS, HR Analytics, or relevant areas is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in PMS software, AI tools, and MS Office.

    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

    • Strong drafting and documentation skills.
