Role Overview

We are seeking an International Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives for our beverage business across global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to expand market reach, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth in international territories.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Market Expansion

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for international markets.

• Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.

• Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.

Brand Management & Promotion

• Enhance brand positioning and visibility through targeted campaigns and promotions.

• Oversee product launches and promotional activities in diverse international markets.

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including digital and traditional media.

Sales & Business Development Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

• Analyze market performance and refine marketing strategies accordingly.

• Support business development efforts through lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.

Digital & Traditional Marketing Execution

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Utilize traditional marketing channels, including print, TV, and radio, for market penetration.

• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Compliance & Industry Standards

• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to international regulations and industry standards.

• Stay updated on global trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive activities in the beverage industry.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 7-12 years of experience in international marketing within the beverage or FMCG industry.

• Proven expertise in brand building, market expansion, and promotional campaigns.

• Strong understanding of global market trends and international business operations.

Skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and execution.

• Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Education

• MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
