Position: QA Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Qualification:

• Diploma or Graduate in Electrical Engineering

2. Age:

• No preference

3. Experience:

• 15-18 years of QA experience in manufacturing, with leadership experience

Key Deliverables of the Role

• Develop and implement quality policies and procedures for transformer production.

• Oversee inspections and testing at all stages of production.

• Lead and train a QA team, fostering continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, IEC, and other industry standards.

• Manage supplier quality and conduct audits.

• Report on quality performance to senior management.

• Collaborate with engineering and customer service teams on product issues.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC standards, and transformer manufacturing processes.
