        Industry Experience - Jewellery showroom only
       Job Location Location:Kurukshetra, Haryana

Job Description:
Inventory Management:

Should have worked at Jewellery store.
Team handling experience, advance excel, MIS and power point knowledge, Store operation.
Maintain accurate records of all jewelry items in the store.
Monitor stock levels and reorder as necessary to ensure that popular items are always in stock.
Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory counts.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent theft and loss.

Merchandising:

Display jewelry items in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales.
Ensure that jewelry showcases and displays are clean and well-maintained.
Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create appealing displays and window arrangements.

Customer Service:

Assist customers in selecting jewelry items based on their preferences and budget.
Provide information about jewelry products, including details about materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude to create a positive shopping experience.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the store or company.
Upsell and cross-sell jewelry items to increase the average transaction value.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote specific promotions or special offers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

Stock Replenishment:

Receive and inspect incoming jewelry shipments for quality and accuracy.
Ensure that new stock is tagged, labeled, and entered into the inventory system.
Arrange for the safe storage of valuable jewelry items in the store's safe or secure storage areas.

Security and Loss Prevention:

Implement security measures to prevent theft and unauthorized access to valuable inventory.
Collaborate with security personnel or surveillance systems to monitor the store and prevent theft.
Follow store policies and procedures for handling security incidents or suspicious activities.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics.
Provide regular updates to store management on inventory status and sales trends.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends, designs, and industry developments.
Continuously update product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Attend training sessions and workshops provided by the jewelry store or manufacturer.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Clean and polish jewelry items regularly to maintain their appearance.
Arrange for maintenance and repair of jewelry showcases and equipment as needed.

Compliance:

Adhere to all relevant industry regulations, including those related to the sale of precious metals and gemstones.
Follow store policies and procedures related to customer interactions, returns, and warranties.
