Job description
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in making job offers.
- Handle new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for record-keeping and data privacy.
Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and claims.
HR Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices comply with them.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- PF, ESI number challan, Attendance, PF withdrawal, ESI card.
Training and Development:
- Help identify training needs within the organization.
- Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
- Maintain training records.
Payroll Support:
- Assist in the payroll process by providing HR-related data to the payroll department.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Exit Process:
- Coordinate the offboarding process when employees leave the organization, including exit interviews and paperwork.
- Conduct exit analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support to HR Manager:
- Assist the HR Manager or HR Director with various HR projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
