Position-Manager/Head- Maintenance
Experience - 8 - 12 Years
CTC- 10 - 12 LPA
• Education Degree / Diploma should be in Mechanical and must be Regular Minimum 10- 15 years Experience must be in Machine Shop Maintenance Can Handle 40 - 45 team members
• Troubleshooting & diagnosis of day to day machines issues• Conducting RCA for all equipment's downtime times and implement containment/ Preventive actions
• Participate in Meetings and collaborate with CFT for continuous improvement Monitoring and improving Maintenance processes and personal performance to achieve enhanced level of efficiency
• Focusing on Preventive, Troubleshooting and Mechanical problem resolution TPM implementation and Sustenance in PM & JH Module
• Health Checkup and condition based maintenance of CNC machines critical Assembly.
• Responsible for improvement of MTTR, MTBF of machines
• Overhauling of Angular Grinding machines, VMC and Turning center machines. Person must have good understanding of machine reconditioning
• Possess knowledge across Hydraulic & pneumatic, Spindle Assy, Ballscrew Assy, Turret Assy, Gearbox Assy, Geometrical Test, Index table, Auto Pallet Changer etc.
