Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the logistics industry.

2. Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and business opportunities. Actively seek out and pursue leads to convert them into valuable business partnerships.

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Sales and Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

5. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets. Implement innovative sales techniques to increase revenue streams and profitability.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and promote the company's services effectively.

7. Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's footprint in existing and new markets.

8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends. Present findings and insights to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven track record in business development and sales within the logistics industry.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management concepts.

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the 3PL logistics or CFA sector.
