Position: : Senior Manager HR 
Qualification: MBA in HR or Graduate with relevant experience
Experience: 10 to 15 years in Human Resources
CTC – 10 LPA
Location: Delhi
Gender: Female Only

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR Manager with extensive experience to lead our HR initiatives. This position is exclusively open to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete Employee Life Cycle:
  • Manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes to enhance employee experience and satisfaction.

Policy Formulation:
  • Formulate and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Motivational Activities:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and motivation.
  • Plan and execute motivational activities to foster a positive work culture
Statutory Compliances for 6 Branches:
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with statutory requirements across all branches.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
Recruitment Process:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and objectives.
ISO Audit and Certification Documentation:
  • Manage ISO audit processes and documentation for certification.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.
Training & Development Activities:
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Identify development needs and coordinate relevant training initiatives.
Employees' Grievances & Development Activities:
  • Address and resolve employees' grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Initiate and lead development activities to nurture a culture of continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point for effective data analysis and presentation.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager with 10 to 15 years in human resources.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.
  • Expertise in ISO certification processes.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
