Position- Accountant- Specialist/Sr. Specialist ( 2 Positions)

Reporting to : CFO- Africa
Experience - Min 6 Years
CTC-7 to 10 LPA 
Qualification- B. Com/ M. Com (Regular)
Gender - Male Only
Preference - Married Candidate 
Job Location:- Guinea & Mali -West Africa

Job Purpose: This Position is responsible for all the accounting operations of designated plant/ unit in Africa.

Job Description:
1. Verification and entries of All Purchase/Sales Invoices, Journal and other day to day accounting Operations. 
2. Accounts Receivables Control and follow-up with Sales Team for Timely Collection and Trigger them for Over dues if any and also Timely reconciliation of books with Customers. 
3. Accounts Payable Control and Follow-up with Purchase Team for Timely
reconciliation of books with Suppliers.
4. Preparation and Authentication of All Accounting and MIS reports . 
5. Monthly Profitability and Balance Sheet Submission. 
6. Follow-up with all departments (For day to day completion of accounting Transactions. 
7. Preparation and Verification i.e. Production, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Incoming/Outgoing.
8. Preparation of tax reports and other compliance reports as per Local Laws. Legal Agreements Preparation and revision for all Customers, Suppliers and Business Associates. 
9. Day to Day dealings with Local Consultants for Compliance. 
10. Maintenance of Stock records. 
11. Assistance in Legal affairs MIS Data Preparation. 
12. Daily Cash Handling and preparation of Cash flow and Funds Flow. 
13. Customs and BIVAC Process completion and clearance of import shipments.
14. Day to Day dealing with Banks. 
15. Working Capital Management and Capex Control. 
16. Overall Control and supervision of Plant and Business from Financial Perspective. 
17. Preparation of Costings for imports and Goods to be sold. 
18. Other Misc. work assigned from Time to Time by Seniors and Management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS,COMPETENCIES & JOB REQUIREMENT:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
  2. Minimum 6 years of accounting experience . 
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (ERP). 
  4. Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations. 
  5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  10. Experience with financial analysis tools.
