EA to Chairman

      

Designation: Executive Assistant to Chairman (Female Only)

Location: Azadpur, Delhi (Near Metro Station)
Salary: 5 to 6 LPA
Desired Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Married and well-settled.
  • Open to traveling as per business need.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with SAP/CRM software is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Support to the Director:

    • Provide comprehensive assistance to the Director in all tasks assigned.
    • Assist in achieving company objectives in alignment with business policies and goals.
  2. Schedule & Communication Management:

    • Manage and coordinate the Director’s personal and professional schedule, including calls, emails, agendas, interviews, and client management.
    • Handle all travel arrangements for the Director and other management, including booking tickets, hotels, meals, and transportation.
  3. Liaison with Stakeholders:

    • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, vendors, sales team heads, and HR managers on behalf of the Director.
    • Ensure that all important information and tasks are communicated effectively to the Director, including taking and preparing meeting minutes.
  4. Travel & Representation:

    • Be prepared to travel independently or with the Director to various manufacturing units or customer locations to support company initiatives.
  5. Information Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for managing the flow of information between employees and the Director.
    • Oversee and execute the planning and organization of official events, conferences, dealer meets, and festival celebrations, both internally and externally.
  6. Expense & Order Management:

    • Conduct the first stage of scrutiny and approval of travel, maintenance, and office expenses.
    • Approve orders from all units on behalf of the Director, following the current guidelines provided.
  7. CRM Monitoring:

    • Periodically check and monitor the CRM system to ensure its smooth and efficient functioning.
  8. Availability & Confidentiality:

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions, especially concerning information related to the manufacturing units.
    • Be available 24x7 for urgent communications or tasks as needed.
