As a Change Practitioner within the People Advisory Services team , you will play a pivotal role in helping clients effectively align their people agenda with their overall business strategy. This involves ensuring that the right individuals, with the right skills, are in the right positions, contributing to the organization's success. Responsibilities:
- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Implement an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Utilize capabilities such as workforce planning & analytics, talent strategy, and leverage Organization & Talent Hub.
- Drive accelerated adoption through digitally enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Deep understanding of Change Management key concepts - Change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder engagement and analysis, business readiness survey creation and implementation, communication strategy implementation, adoption survey, post go-live support and hyper-care, change network identification and activation.
- Experience in delivering large scale transformation projects and leading change management strategy and implementation (for global clients)
- Your deep understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, or related fields is the key that unlocks our potential for transformative success
Key Requirements: Experience:
- Typically, 8-15 years of Change Management (CM) experience. HR consulting and/or Center of Excellence (COE) experience is a plus. PROSCI/APMG certification is desirable.
- Deep understanding of Change Management key concepts, including change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder engagement and analysis, business readiness survey creation and implementation, communication strategy implementation, adoption survey, post go-live support, and hyper-care, change network identification, and activation.
- Experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Proven ability to lead change management strategy and implementation for global clients.
- Deep understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, or related fields, unlocking the potential for transformative success.
