Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
Development of Systems, Process Improvement, Cost control, and identification of revenue leakages.
Conducting audit as per audit areas assigned.
Preparation of audit committee.
Presentation, Implementation, and follow-up of pending observations.
Conducting Management, Operational, Process, Financial, and compliance audits.
Discussion of audit reports with auditee and closure.
Identification of process improvement opportunities.
Implementation follow-up.
Assisting Head Audit in the preparation of presentation for the audit committee.
Any other jobs as assigned.
Important Competencies:
Core Knowledge & understanding of Risk-based audits, Management audits, Process audits Operational compliance financial audits, Auditing Report writing skills.
Standards, Accounting Standards & Guidelines, Knowledge of Rules and regulations, Presentation skills, Analytical Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, SAP Knowledge in the manufacturing sector, Fluent in English oral as well as written.
Academic & Professional Qualification:
Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 1 year of Post Experience. 1-5 Year

The ideal candidate must possess expertise in Internal Auditing, Process Audit, and Financial Audit, with a specific emphasis on Process Audit rather than just statutory audit.
Candidates should have experience working with companies having a current turnover between 300-1,000 Crores.
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with SAP, although individuals without SAP experience will also be considered.
