The ideal candidate for the position of Receptionist cum Officer - Administration would be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in administrative roles. A successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be adept at multitasking. Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities are crucial, as the role involves vendor management, guest services, and interactions with various stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) is a must, and familiarity with SAP would be an added advantage. Please source immediately available candidates only. Position Description: Receptionist cum Officer - Administration
- Manage reception / EPABX activities
- Managing and arrangement of Meeting/Events/Guest/Pantry
- Printing and stationery (procurement and disbursement)
- Travel (ticket booking, currency etc) and Hotel Management
- Vendor management /Vendor Development
- Housekeeping Management
- Generating MIS and database management
- Cost reduction and cost control
- Office Infrastructure management / AMC renewals
- Dispatch Management
- Office boys' management
- Fixed asset management / Capex generation / GRN
- Petty cash management
- Pantry Management
- Security Management
- HR activities - new recruit joining formalities, attendance, exit formalities, etc.
