Job Description:
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel under your jurisdiction. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring:

   • Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and identify potential security risks.
   • Utilize surveillance equipment to maintain a vigilant watch over the property.

2. Access Control:

   • Control access to the premises by verifying identification and issuing visitor badges as necessary.
   • Monitor entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.

3. Incident Response:

   • Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
   • Take appropriate action to de-escalate situations and ensure the safety of individuals on-site.

4. Report Writing:

   • Document security-related incidents and activities in detailed reports.
   • Maintain accurate records of security logs and incident reports.

5. Client Interaction:

   • Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and address any concerns.
   • Provide exceptional customer service while upholding security protocols.

6. Team Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with other security personnel to maintain a cohesive security operation.
   • Communicate effectively with team members to share information and address security issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Graduation degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant security tools and technologies.
