SAP knowledge is a must.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Payroll.
CTC- UPTO 7.5 LPA
Minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll management.
Preferred experience in the manufacturing industry.
Good communication skills.
Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment.
  • Post joining formalities.
  • Leave and attendance management.
  • Coordinating with various vendors like recruitment consultancy, statutory consultant, BGV vendors, etc.
  • Assist in payroll management.
  • Employee life cycle management.
  • Statutory compliance management.
Exit management.

Success Tips/General Remarks:

  • SAP knowledge is a must.
  • SAP Payroll experience is required, minimum of 3 years.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll management.
  • Preferred experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Good communication skills.
