• Minimum Qualifications Required:
• Work Experience: 15-20 years in Glass Industrial/Automotives.
• Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Industrial Engg, M.Tech/MS/ME in engineering field.

Role Objective:
The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for establishing and monitoring quality assurance systems across all processes, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting process audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process and product quality. Additionally, the role involves implementing quality systems such as ISO, TQM, and Six Sigma, staying updated on industry trends, and incorporating best practices into the company's quality management system.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Functional:

• Support the Head Technical Services in developing quality strategies and processes.
• Define quality and reliability standards based on industry practices and customer requirements.
• Create and update SOPs, Quality Plan, Quality Manual, and Work Instructions.
• Conduct periodic audits of processes and ensure ISO compliance.
• Analyze process audit results and support in implementing action plans.
• Manage the maintenance of formal quality systems and documentation.
• Establish tests for new products and support production development.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to avoid quality issues.
• Investigate internal quality issues and complaints, implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with departments for deviation against product specifications.
• Proactively visit customers to understand and implement changes in product specifications.
  Establish and implement TQM practices and support improvement activities.

• Provide training and guidance to the QA team.
• Drive a performance-driven culture and provide feedback to team members.
• Contribute to talent development within the QA department.
