To execute initiatives that contribute towards creating a performance-oriented workforce by identification, management, and development of talent at Indus.

1 | Partner with department and function heads to articulate their KRAs and define measures of success | Track the completion of KRA setting for all employees, Rollout and communication

  • Minimum Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDBM in HR/PM & IR from Tier I institute;
  • Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing PMS/goal setting process for a medium-sized company;
  • Skills/Competencies: Working with tight timelines and manage multiple projects.
