Mandatory Educational Requirements:

• B.Com & MBA-CA
• Corporate Finance-SAP FICO- IND-AS on a scale of 5

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of IND-AS on a scale of 5 and have a basic understanding of SAP FICO.

Qualifications: B.Com and MBA in Corporate Finance or related field

• Experience in Corporate Finance within the manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals. Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
2. Capital Budgeting: Lead the capital budgeting process, analysing and recommending projects for investment. Assess the financial viability and return on investment.
3. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate exposure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk considerations.
4. Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making. Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning.
5. Debt and Equity Financing: Manage the capital structure, optimize debt and equity mix. Coordinate fundraising activities including debt issuance and equity financing.
6. Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning. Implement efficient treasury management practices.
7. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively.
9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Provide guidance on complex financial transactions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Com and MBA in Corporate Finance or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of capital markets, debt financing, and equity transactions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
