Job Description:

• The Shift Incharge TPC will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to protocols.
• Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting progress against KPIs, implementing and maintaining SOPs, managing crisis situations, and planning manpower and consumables.
• The ideal candidate should possess a Graduate Engineering degree with BOE/NPTI certification and have 10 to 12 years of experience in power plant operations, specifically with CFBC type boilers.
• Proficiency in shift management, crisis handling, and documentation in systems like SAP is essential.
