Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Sales)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to 30k + incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 months in relevant field.

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, rotational shifts.
Excellent English communication Skills.

Age group: 25 to 32 Years
Working Days: Mandatory work from the office role from day one.
5 days working with rotational week offs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct tele-counselling sessions to guide participants in making informed decisions about our executive courses.
• Understand candidate profiles to tailor counselling sessions according to their career enhancement needs.
• Effectively convey the benefits and advantages of enrolling in our executive courses.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in any specialization. MBA is preferred.
2. Keen interest in interacting with participants and addressing their educational requirements.
3. Excellent command over the English language.
4. Strong problem-solving skills
