    Position Title: Freelance Recruitment Coordinator
    Work Type: Full Time or Part Time (Work can be done according to individual availability)
    Vertical: Non-IT Recruitment

    Payout Terms:
  • Amount: 33% of gross earning per candidate
  • Disbursement: After 60 or 90 days from the candidate's date of joining

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing Candidate Applications:

  • Receive candidate applications in Excel format.
  • Thoroughly examine each candidate's details against the provided job descriptions (JDs).
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.
    • Identify key skills and attributes required for the role.
    • Compare candidate profiles to client specifications and preferences.
    • Document assessment findings for further reference and decision-making.

2. Candidate Interaction:

  • Conduct one-time interaction with candidates to:
    • Introduce them to the company.
    • Provide an overview of the job role, responsibilities, and expectations.
    • Clarify any questions or concerns regarding the position or the recruitment process.
    • Assess candidate interest, motivation, and alignment with organizational culture.
    • Ensure candidates have comprehensively read and understood the job description and related information.

3. CV Management:

  • Request updated CVs from candidates if necessary.
  • Organize and maintain candidate CVs and related documentation.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate profiles.
    • Upload candidate CVs and required details onto the recruitment portal or database.
    • Update candidate records with any new information or changes.
    • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and adhere to data protection regulations.

4. Application Screening and Shortlisting:

  • Utilize screening criteria to assess candidate suitability and match with job requirements.
  • Review candidate applications to identify potential matches for open positions.
  • Shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Document reasons for shortlisting or rejecting candidates for future reference.
  • Provide feedback to candidates on their application status as appropriate.

5. Interview Coordination:

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Confirm interview arrangements and logistics with all parties involved.
  • Provide candidates with necessary information and instructions for the interview process.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates regarding interview arrangements.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to collect feedback post-interview.

6. Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Document all communication and correspondence with candidates and clients.
  • Organize and archive recruitment-related documents, including resumes, applications, and interview notes.
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.

7. Adherence to Ethical Standards:

  • Conduct all recruitment activities with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
  • Uphold ethical standards and best practices in candidate engagement and selection.
  • Avoid any discriminatory or biased practices in candidate evaluation and decision-making.
  • Safeguard confidential information and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

8. CV Management:

  • Request updated CVs from candidates if necessary.
  • Upload candidate CVs and required details onto the portal.
    • Estimated time for upload: 3-5 minutes per candidate.

General Terms:

  • You will use your own Laptop and high-speed internet connection.
  • You will not disclose our client's information with our competitors.
  • You will not share our database with our competitors.
  • You will not ask any money from candidates against interviews or selection.

Additional General Terms:

  • You will maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information obtained during the course of your work.
  • You will promptly inform the company of any conflicts of interest that may arise during your engagement.
  • You will provide regular updates on the progress of candidate applications and any relevant recruitment activities.
  • You will conduct all interactions with candidates in a professional and respectful manner, adhering to ethical standards.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment practices.
  • You will not engage in any activities that could damage the reputation or interests of the company.
  • You will promptly return any company property or materials upon the termination of this agreement.

Joining Process & Documentation: Interested candidates are required to follow the joining process and submit the following documents:

  • Further Documentation (For Shortlisted Candidates):
