Position: Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer (Deputy CHRO)
Salary Budget: ₹20.00 Lac - ₹45.00 Lac
Total Experience Required: 12 - 15 years

  • 60% throughout in 10th, 12th & Graduation and Post-graduation

  • Key Accountabilities

    • Will be responsible for HR Processes including Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement, Partnering all HR Audits (External & Internal), Employee Life Cycle management, Payroll Management, SAP & Data Management, Rewards & recognition, Performance Management & Talent Management.
    • Ensuring peaceful Industrial Relations scenario and thereby contributing to achieve Business targets.
    • Focus on enhancement of Diversity in the workforce.
    • To support in creating a workplace that respects & values all employees & promote a culture of fostering innovation.
    • Capability building with impetus on Operational Excellence, Digital & Innovation prowess.
    • Focus on Health, Safety and environment and ensuring compliances to all management standards.

    Qualification and Knowledge

    • Graduate/post-graduate with 12-15 years of relevant experience, collaborative approach & excellent communication skills.
    • Prior work experience in a manufacturing setup is mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in HR, with a significant portion in a manufacturing setup.
  • Proven experience in managing HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases, particularly SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
