    Job Description

    Job Profile Analytics and Reporting- Human Resources.

    Experience 2-3 years minimum

    Education Any graduation with certification in Excel, Macros, etc.


    Must have skills

    • Skills on Microsoft office.
    • Expert in Excel, Macros
    • Data Analytical approach
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational skills

    Job Responsibilities

    • Data management- HRMIS
    • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
    • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
    • Providing administrative support to Human Resources department
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Joining, absences, leaves, etc)

    Good to have skills

    • Prior experience in HR Department
    • Basic knowledge of employee life cycle management
    • Good communication skills

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Macros.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
