    Key Accountabilities and Job Responsibilities

      Description

      Basic Information:

      Grade: M4

      Reports To: CHRO

      Division/Department: Human Resources

      Key Accountabilities

      1. Manpower planning and budgeting of contractual Manpower, ensuring right MIP in place for all Business Partners.

      2. Enhancement of Workforce Productivity through various interventions like competency mapping, skill gap analysis, multiskilling and performance assessment of workforce.

      3. Managing relationships with internal stakeholders & adherence to the organization’s core business values and objectives.

      4. Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.

      5. Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

      6. Up to-date with current IR Legislation and amendments and to ensure the same is being complied in the Policies and SOPs.

      7. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on digitalization and automation.

      Qualification and Knowledge

      Ø Experience: 12+ years

      Ø Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management Skills.
