Create Buy-in for New Structures
- Advocate for new organizational structures across all levels within sectors, units, and functions.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to explain the benefits and necessity of the new structures.
Develop Job Descriptions
- Draft job descriptions that clearly outline responsibilities and expectations for each role.
- Ensure job descriptions align with organizational goals and standards.
Anchor Job Evaluation Governance
- Establish and maintain job evaluation methodologies to ensure a consistent grading and designation framework.
- Conduct job evaluations for new roles to maintain alignment with the existing framework.
Define Competency Frameworks
- Develop competency frameworks for all roles within the organization.
- Conduct assessments to identify the best fit candidates for each role based on the defined competencies.
Lead Workforce Productivity Improvement Projects
- Initiate and oversee projects aimed at improving workforce productivity across corporate, sector, and manufacturing units.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address productivity challenges.
Conduct In-depth Process Studies
- Perform detailed analysis of current processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Determine necessary technology requirements and process simplifications to enhance productivity.
Identify and Implement Workforce Deployment Models
- Research and evaluate workforce deployment models relevant to the business context.
- Drive the implementation of suitable models to optimize workforce utilization.
- Craft and Deliver Organizational Design Initiatives
- Develop initiatives that promote empowerment, productivity, innovation, and efficient ways of working.
- Implement strategies to support a dynamic and agile organizational structure.
Communicate Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Articulate the elements of the EVP to both current and potential employees.
- Utilize various communication channels to ensure widespread understanding and acceptance.
Review and Adjust EVP
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the EVP.
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback and emerging organizational needs.
Facilitate Seamless Implementation of New Structures
- Oversee the transition to new organizational structures ensuring minimal disruption.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
Ensure Alignment of Job Evaluations
- Regularly review job evaluations to ensure they remain aligned with the organizational framework.
- Update and refine evaluation criteria as necessary.
Conduct Competency Assessments
- Perform assessments to evaluate employees' competencies relative to their roles.
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations for training and development.
Drive Productivity Improvements
- Implement process and technology enhancements to boost productivity.
- Monitor the impact of these improvements and make further adjustments as needed.
Manage Empowerment and Innovation Initiatives
- Lead initiatives that encourage employee empowerment and innovation.
- Track progress and outcomes of these initiatives to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
Maintain and Enhance the EVP
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the EVP to ensure it remains attractive and relevant.
- Introduce new elements to the EVP as needed to keep it competitive.
- Collaborate with Sector Heads, Sector HRs, and the Corporate HR team for cohesive HR strategies and initiatives.
