  • Job Title: Sr. Manager/ AGM- HR (Plant HR Head)

    Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh

    Experience Required: 15+ years (preferably from the steel industry)

    Educational Qualification: MBA(HR)

    Salary: 13-14 LPA

    Detailed Job Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic HR Management:

      • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive organizational growth.
      • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and ensure effective execution.
    2. Policy Development:

      • Design, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures.
      • Ensure that all policies are compliant with local, state, and national labor laws and regulations.
      • Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in legislation and business needs.
    3. Change Management:

      • Lead and manage change initiatives to facilitate organizational transformation and development.
      • Communicate change management plans effectively to all stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
      • Provide support and coaching to managers and employees during times of change.
    4. Talent Management:

      • Oversee the full spectrum of talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and succession planning.
      • Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
      • Implement talent management programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
    5. Employee Engagement:

      • Foster a positive and engaging work environment through various employee engagement initiatives.
      • Conduct employee surveys and use feedback to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
      • Implement programs that enhance employee morale and productivity.
    6. Compensation & Benefits:

      • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
      • Ensure compensation and benefits packages are aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
      • Regularly review and update compensation structures to maintain competitiveness.
    7. Performance Management System (PMS):

      • Implement and oversee the performance management system to ensure effective employee performance evaluation.
      • Conduct performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and develop performance improvement plans.
      • Align performance management processes with organizational objectives.
    8. HR Management System (HRMS):

      • Administer and maintain the HRMS to ensure efficient HR operations and data management.
      • Leverage HRMS capabilities to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy.
      • Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on HRMS usage.
    9. Compliance:

      • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
      • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
    10. Data Analytics:

      • Utilize data analytics to inform strategic HR decisions and improve HR processes.
      • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
      • Provide data-driven insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
    11. Learning and Development:

      • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
      • Identify training needs and create development plans for employees at all levels.
      • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
    12. Work Under Pressure:

      • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under tight timelines and high-pressure situations.
      • Maintain a resilient and proactive attitude, with a "never say die" approach to challenges.
      • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Candidates should have experience working in large manufacturing organizations, particularly in the steel industry.
    • Candidates with experience working with promoters in the steel industry are highly preferred.
